Gazab Paneer Dodi are the dried berries of Withania coagulans, known as Indian rennet. The herb grows in India, Nepal and Afghanistan and is used in traditional Ayurvedic routines and as a vegetarian rennet for curdling milk.

How to use: Traditionally, a few berries are soaked in a glass of water overnight and the water is sipped in the morning.
